South Hero's Recreation Commission runs free fall soccer with Grand Isle School, an annual Islands Rec basketball season, and summer teen volleyball at the Town Beach, while Island kids play baseball and softball through the regional Youth Organization of Grand Isle (YOGI) Little League. The rec department also lists swim lessons and a Folsom Ski & Ride Club, plus free resident passes to the Community Sailing Center and Catamount Outdoor Family Center.
