Waterbury's own Recreation Department runs registration through MyRec; in mid-August 2026 its browsable catalog covered pool membership, donations and special events rather than a fall soccer, basketball or baseball program, though a Brazilian Soccer Camp and Thursday youth tennis lessons were promoted separately on the home page. Winter sports families are close to Bolton Valley Resort's competitive ski/snowboard teams and school after-school program.
