Bremen has no recreation department of its own — the town's official site lists no youth sports programs. Bremen kids attend Great Salt Bay Community School (K-8) in Damariscotta, and most organized play happens there: the Central Lincoln County Family YMCA runs Itty Bitty Sports soccer/basketball and a grades 1-6 basketball league, and Lincoln Little League fields baseball and softball out of Damariscotta.
