Anson has no independent youth recreation department. Local kids play through Cobra Rec, a joint program the town runs with neighboring Solon and Embden (all part of RSU 74) offering soccer, basketball, and baseball/softball for Pre-K through 6th grade. Neighboring Madison's recreation program also lists a summer swim-lesson collaboration with Anson at Embden Pond, but no separate Anson-run league was found.
