The town Recreation Department runs baseball, softball (through the Capital Area Youth Softball Association), basketball, and soccer out of the Bog Road rec fields. Nordic skiers can join the regional Quarry Road Ski Club youth program a few miles away in Waterville. No dedicated youth football, hockey, lacrosse, or other club program serving Vassalboro turned up in this pass.
