Lisbon's Parks & Recreation Department runs town-league flag and tackle football, soccer, field hockey, basketball and track & field out of the MTM Community Center and Pinewoods Roads Sports Complex, plus multi-sport summer camps. The department's own program list does not currently include baseball, softball, lacrosse or hockey, so families looking for those sports likely register with a neighboring Androscoggin County town or region.
